In an effort to keep our board and roleplay running as smoothly as possible, we hold activity checks every month. This check will run from the 18th to the 25th of every month. Participation is required, but simple. You will post in the marked activity check thread that you are present and include all updates to your biographies at that time.

If you have not yet created an IC account, you will not be required to post in the check. If you fail to participate in an activity check, your accounts will be locked and you will be marked inactive. If you fail to post in the following activity check, we will assume that you have left us and your accounts will be deleted.

Don't worry, you'll get your characters back! When your character accounts are deleted, they will be noted in character as having been 'taken.' This basically means that they went missing in some fashion. Or as the dogs of Kah'ren call it, 'claimed by shadows.' All you have to do is come up with a story behind why your character went missing and reintegrate them into the RP. It's easy!

We have some pretty steadfast rules on activity, but that doesn't mean we don't understand when life takes hold! It happens to all of us. If you are struggling with something IRL, just let a staff member know in private or post in the hiatus board. (Be sure to let us know how long you're going to be out!)

Even if you're planning to leave us for good, we would really like to know so that we can say a proper goodbye and tie up some loose ends. We will not delete your account or characters within your given hiatus time frame. We will however remove them from important plot related threads and high ranks if need be.

This is not to punish you, but to keep our site plots from sitting idle too long. We want to keep the roleplay moving as quickly as possible you know!
