GARURU'MUFARA OF
RITH'R FLIK CLAN
This confident little beagle is just that, confident. He has the hunting instincts that have been passed down from generations of selective breeding and he takes full pride in what he knows to show off around those within his clan, and even to some canna outside of his homestead. He is adventurous and has a problem with following his nose into trouble. His greatest downfall to his greatest strength is also his namesake. When he hunts, he gets loud. For a little dog he has quite a bark to him. He is loud and boastful and believes himself to be a great asset to any clan. He is simply the greatest hunter he has ever known.
He fully believes that any part of his timid nature in the past is well gone now that the humans have disappeared from the world.
Garuru'mufara does not remember much of his early life before being removed from his mother. His siblings, however, did come with him to his new "home" - if one could call it that. The pups lived in small, clear boxes and were handled by grabbing hands and poking and prodding needles and other equipment regularly. His life seemed almost like a living hell. After two long years of suffering he was finally set free to find a "forever home" - whatever that was. Leaving the facility with many people in masks who were shouting and smashing things, he was unaware in his current, drugged up state as to whether or not his siblings were liberated as well. He had not even known if they were alive as the past two years seemed a hellish blur.
The next place the young male found himself was another box, though this one provided a concrete floor, chained walls, and a fair space. He could actually pace around if he had wanted to! As opposed to his previous containment where he could barely stand at full height and turn around. The humans at this place were kinder to him, the frequent faces were patient enough, but he would turn his head and show his teeth at their approach. Some would refer to him by a given name - as opposed to a number - and some would read that same name from the front of his kennel. Typically the word "Gomez" was pronounced with a softness to it, often accompanied by a snack. While he always accepted the treats, he was far too wary of the humans to actually allow them to touch him.
His woes with the humans finally came to an end as the earth shook and tore the building apart. He had chosen to follow a small subset of canna out into the wide world and back to their home base at the rail yard. Here he had pledged his loyalty to them and their chief, Aba'chek. And here he has made friends and a sort of family for himself.
Garuru'mufara has no known living relatives.
