CLAIMED BY MARCHING / MUSHROOM!
MIERA'E GRAIR'KIRA
OF AH'MIR CLAN
Miera'e is a very strong character in both his physical and emotional demeanor. While not boastful, he is teeming with confidence and self assuredness while also having a strong pension for "fun." Life after the Rozo'ama akoda has been hard on all canna and he has personally not allowed it to affect him in his day to day living - even under the assumed death of his very best friend. He is not one to throw a pity party and - while internally groaning - is more than willing to be the rock for those around him.
His main source of joy in his life is his job. He has always loved both patrolling and hunting. Anything that really makes him feel useful to the clan. He is definitely of the mind that if one cannot find a use then they are a hindrance. However, his personal description of "usefulness" is very broad as he sees a lot of different aspects of clan members as being necessary or, at least, helpful in their own right. He is also happy and willing to learn any set of new skills allotted to him. This includes things that are not a part of his "job description" such as what plants are good for what purpose and the correct ways to harvest them should the clan owis require assistance.
While on the job he can seem standoffish, but when surrounded by his clan mates in a more laid back setting - such as relaxing in the greenhouse - he still holds a very playful, youthful vigor.
The snow coated shepherd was born and raised in the Ah'mir clan. He had a fairly standard childhood and became very attached with another pup from a litter born not too far from his own. The two became fast friends and were soon inseparable. Where ever the clan members would find one pup they were sure to find the other not too far behind. There was even a point during their upbringing that the clan members began to refer to the pair as the singularity of "Lendri'pata."
It wasn't until the two became cadets that they were put to the test during their separation. With Miera'e being trained in the arts of hunting and patrolling to become an ele'canna and Tatu learning the significance of plants and healing in the hopes of her being an owi, the two found less and less time to be around each other. However, when they had the opportunity to sneak away from their mentors they continued to get into all sorts of trouble together. Sneaking out of the clan base, pulling pranks on other canna or ren, anything they could do to pass the time. She was always pushing the shepherd to live in the moment - an important lesson he would live up to later on in his life.
One specifically fond memory the male holds was one where he had tried to impress his partner in crime by offering her a small selection of flowers, not knowing that the leaves on them would leave his entire mouth numb if bitten into and mixed with his saliva. Miera'e had believed he would never be able to speak properly again while Tatu found herself rolling over with laughter and nearly unable to breathe. The memory of that day still brings a smile to his face.
On the day of the Rozo'ama akoda, the shelter had crumpled around them. He had heard his friend locked away a few paces away, but had been unable to free himself before the building collapsed. He was freed by a couple of helpful canines of mixed clans and backgrounds but was unable to uncover his friend in the wreckage. For months he assumed she was lost and now a part of Ridna'kah. When he had heard of the dalmatian's return to the Ah'mir clan he had been so excited to greet his friend back. Bounding and full of energy, his mood instantly dropped when he saw her. She was... different. Reserved and tired looking - and with a pup in tow, no less. Sometimes he questions if she is even the same canna he knew, or some imposter assuming his friend's identity.
Miera'e Grair'kira's parents and sibling were lost in the Rozo'ama akoda and are presumed deceased.
