Earlier this year, the Ah'mir's askabi (a dog who has been shamefully stripped of his name and made the lowest ranking dog in the clan) escaped his cruel imprisonment and gained a new name...and a new clan. He is now Ipidi'hu of Why'o Clan, and they have sworn to give the one-eyed canna a safe home far away from his former clan. Up until now, Ah'mir Clan didn't know where their askabi went. In the future, they will find out that he deflected to Why'o Clan...and they want him back.
The standing chief and former Shadowspeaker of Ah'mir, Li'Gru'e Canna'a, will declare the traitorous askabi the reason for the river flood that caused the clan so much suffering. He wants this canna to be returned to Ah'mir so that he can pay for his crimes.
Since Li'Navira of Why'o Clan promised this dog sanctuary, a very real war could break out over his future.
